Vertical Corrugators

The patented design of Corma's vertical corrugator allows pipe production to begin at the top of the machine, with finished pipe exiting at the bottom. This process permits complete production automation.

The vertical corrugator is capable of producing complex shapes including various types of containers and automotive parts, such as air ducts. Mold blocks with irregular profiles can be automatically centered to the die tooling.

In addition, the revolutionary design permits cable to be easily inserted into and centered within the pipe as it is being formed. Another advantage is that it prevents mold block damage because, in most applications, the die tooling is positioned outside the mold blocks.
